      4. April 26, 2017<\/em> \u2013 <\/strong>Burgon Sealy<\/a>, 26, of Middletown, shot and killed a state trooper at a Wawa grocery store. The incident eventually started a nearly day-long standoff at the suspect\u2019s home, which ended with the assailant being killed by police gunfire.<\/li>\n
      5. September 29, 2017<\/strong><\/em> \u2013 An unnamed assailant<\/a> attempted to rob the Quick Mart in Elsmere. The clerk and assailant struggled before the assailant shot the clerk. The clerk had non-life-threatening injuries. To date, the assailant hasn\u2019t been captured or identified.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
